A note from me
I'm Koyo, a developer. I'm always studying something — English, classes at my online university, programming. And studying alone in my room never lasted. Willpower got me through a day or two, not months. What changed it was simple. My classmates were in their own rooms too, taking the same classes at the same hours. I was alone, but not really — and the studying finally stuck. CoHours recreates that on purpose. Same time, same room, a few people quietly working toward their own goals. You can't see them directly, but they're there. It's not about pumping motivation up — it's about not losing it. Giving up on something you actually want is the real waste. The rooms are small right now. You'd be one of the first people in. Come sit with us.

Questions
No — there's no camera or mic in CoHours at all, not even as an option. You show up as a name and today's goal. Nobody sees or hears you, and you don't see or hear anyone else. That's the design, not a limitation.
Yes. CoHours is in beta, and everything is free while the beta lasts — no card, no account. When paid plans arrive, you'll hear about it here and in the room first. Nothing will start charging you on its own.
No. We don't have your card, so we couldn't charge you even if we wanted to. If we add paid plans one day, joining one will be a choice you make — never a switch we flip.
That's most people here. There's no talking required — you can just work quietly alongside the room.
Yes. Your personal timer is available anytime. Shared focus sessions run every day at 8am, 9am and 9pm US Eastern time, for 50 minutes each. The app shows them in your local time. You can also connect with invited friends in a Circle.
No. It's for any certification or career-change study — the bar, CPA, PMP, or your own thing. Rooms are mixed.
